i will be the in salon advanced haircutting educator!
meaning i will teach advanced haircutting classes to the staff, as well as one on one classes as we see fit to specific stylists.
so, i have been getting a ton of clients who have been asking for me because of the reveiws they have read from city search about me! i am so lucky! at least a few a week are finding me from it! it is so awesome!!!

My friends, Megan and Kierstin, and I went to "prom" last saturday. It was a fundraiser to help support this african soccer team. something like that. all i know is, we had a GREAT time shaking our tail feather to all 80's - early 90's dance music!
so, the weather up here lately... i am alive. not drowned. i guess we had a hurricane. first one ever i think they said. the winds got up to 130 MPH. but that was all at the coast and up towards seattle. the hills all around portland kept the weather pretty mild. we had winds. yes, and snow, yes, but nothing that extreme. all the highways out to the coast i hear are still closed. and they haven't opened up the I 5 yet towards seattle yet either. kinda crazy! but all is good in Portland :)
some friends and i made gingerbread houses tonight...holy cow, we had so much candy!!! we cheated though, we made them with gram crackers. so much easier. we weren't that ambitious to make all the gingerbread. decorating is the fun part, and oh my, it was so fun!
